This week I have:

Carrot sticks
Cheezy chickpeas (cooked chickpeas baked up with oil, nutritional yeast, chillies and salt), green tea pumpkin seeds and melon seeds
Apple
Scattered sushi (sushi rice cooked and mixed with vinegar and salt topped with spicy kale from a sachet I found lurking in the pantry)
I so love looking in the pantry and thinking 'I will use that up this week' rather than 'I'd better save that - it's too good for me to eat'. I've gotten rid of that attitude with clothes so why do I do it with food sometimes???
